I have a phone call system remote (Anacom MedTek A1474-088DJ) that I'm trying to understand, and potentially "hack" to use for other things, but my knowledge is shallow and dated.

I can't tell anything about the output protocols, or find any documentation. The chord goes from a 26-pin connector, to am 8-pin DIN, but I can't find anything about that either.

Any suggestions on where to start? What to read up on? How to get more information?
