Pixel 6 和 7 用户通过社交平台 Reddit 和 Twitter 以及 Google 支持论坛，报告了手机过热和耗电量增加等问题。5 月 12 日释出的更新被认为是导致手机过热和耗电量过多的罪魁祸首，但用户报告回滚到旧版本对减少电池消耗基本没有什么帮助，因此一种可能性是问题发生在服务器端。可能是 Google 应用在持续连接其服务器或陷入某种死循环。
