Liebe Villages,
nachdem am Samstag der letzte Ticketverkauf stattfand, solltet ihr mittlerweile eine gute Vorstellung davon haben, aus wie vielen Menschen euer Village bestehen wird. Außerdem solltet ihr so langsam auch konkrete Ideen haben, was ihr vorhabt und was ihr dafür mitbringen wollt.
Anmeldeschluss für Villages nicht verpassen
Falls ihr bisher noch nicht dazu gekommen seid, euer Village anzumelden, ist jetzt höchste Zeit: Anmeldeschluss für Villages ist schon diesen Freitag, den 30.6.2023, 23:42 MESZ. Also nicht bis Mitternacht warten!

Aktualisiert eure Village-Anmeldung
Jetzt ist ein guter Zeitpunkt, eurer Anmeldung ein bisschen Liebe zukommen zu lassen. Bitte aktualisiert eure Daten und schreibt uns, was ihr vorhabt. Euer Feld „Anmelde-Informationen“ solltet ihr so bald wie möglich füllen. Wenn ihr eure Planung in einem Pad oder Wiki macht, freuen wir uns auch über einen Link. Je genauer das Village-Team weiß, was ihr machen wollt, umso besser können wir planen und das kommt auch euch zugute.
Plant eure Selbstdarstellung
Nutzt jetzt schon die Gelegenheit, die Felder „Öffentliche Beschreibung [de]“ und „Description [en]“ auszufüllen. Diese Infos werden später auf der Veranstaltungs-Website öffentlich zugänglich sein und bieten euch die Möglichkeit, euch vorzustellen und Besuchende in euer Village zu locken. Auch wenn ihr keinen Wert auf viele Besucher legt, sollten die Felder spätestens am Tag 0 nicht mehr leer sein.
Bestellt Dinge im Shop
Wir befinden uns mit dem Sommercamp in der Freiluft-Veranstaltungs-Hochphase. Insbesondere Möbel und die hässlichen weißen Standard-Zelte haben einen langen Vorlauf bei der Anmietung. Bestellt diese bitte möglichst bis Freitag, den 7.7.2023. Danach sinken die Chancen, dass wir noch etwas für euch besorgen können, rapide.
[NEU] Wir freuen uns, euch zusätzlich auf einen Neuzugang im Shop aufmerksam machen zu dürfen! Cooling-as-a-Service (CaaS), also die Miete von Kühlregalfächern in einem Kühlcontainer, ist ab jetzt bestellbar. Alle Details im Village-Shop

Dear villages,
Since the third and last ticket round ended last Saturday, you should now have a good picture of how many people your village will involve. Also, you should have developed some ideas around now on what you want to do and what you need to bring.
Don’t miss the registration deadline
If you haven’t registered your village yet, it’s high time: Registration closes this Friday, 30 June 2023 at 23:42 CEST (UTC+0200). Don’t wait until midnight.

Update your village registration
This is the perfect moment to give some love to your village registration. Please update your registration data and tell us what you want to to. Please fill in the “signup information” field as soon as possible. If you are using a pad or a wiki for the organisation of your village, we’d be happy to have that link. The more precisely the village crew knows what you intend to do, the better they can plan everything – which also benefits you.
Plan your presentation
Use this moment now to put content into the description fields “Öffentliche Beschreibung [de]” and “Description [en]”. This info will be available publicly on the event website later, giving you the opportunity to present yourself and to lure visitors into your village. Even if you’re not planning to attract visitors, these fields should be filled by day 0 at latest.
Order stuff in the shop
Camp takes place in the high season of outdoor events. Especially furniture and those ugly white standard tents have a long lead time for renting. Order these preferably no later than Friday, 7 July 2023. After that day, the chances that we can still get something for you will drop rapidly.
[NEW!] We’re pleased to announce there’s a new item in the shop: Cooling-as-a-service (CaaS), meaning shelf space in a shared refridgerated container, is now available for order. All details can be found in the village shop.
