Alles hat ein Ende ..
.. leider auch das Camp. Am Samstag wird es das Closing mit snoopy und leona um 20 Uhr geben. Es wird am Sonntag die große Abreisewelle geben. Um euch die Abreise so angenehm als möglich zu gestalten haben wir einen Abbauplan erarbytet.
Hilfe beim Abbau
Wir benötigen dringend Hilfe beim Abbau. Bitte überlegt ob ihr nicht noch ein paar Tage bleiben könnt. Je mehr Hilfe wir bekommen, desto schneller und schöner kommen alle hier vom Platz. Bitte meldet euch beim Himmel.
Strom und Infrastruktur
Alle Sanitäranlagen, bis auf die am Anlagen am Kidsspace und alle Trockentoiletten werden im Laufe des Sonntagvormittag abgestellt. Der Strom wird am Sonntag gegen Mittag abgeschaltet. DECT und WLAN werden bereits ab 9:30 Uhr zurückgebaut.
Zu Fuß vom Gelände kommen
Die Tore 9 und 11 sind für den Fußgängerverkehr zum Parkplatz geöffnet. Am Eingang Parkplatz könnt Ihr Eure Sachen lagern und ggfs. in Fahrzeuge verladen.
Fahrzeuge auf dem Gelände
Ab Sonntag dürfen Fahrzeuge nur mit Passierschein A38 auf das Gelände. Dieser wird vom Villages-Team ausgegeben, sobald euer Village einen Stapel gut gepackter Sachen präsentiert. Packt soweit zusammen, dass Ihr Platz zum Parken außerhalb der Wege habt und zügig beladet und wieder ausfahren könnt. Wege müssen frei bleiben.
Das Village-Team ist am Sonntag ab 10:00 erreichbar. Kontaktiert das Village Team, DECT 8554 (VLLG), Funk: Kanal 5, das Team wird auf dem Gelände unterwegs sein.
Einfahrt ist (mit Passierschein) nur über das Tor 1 möglich; Ausfart über das Tor 7 hinter dem LOC.
Leergut
Bitte bringt euer Leergut zum BOC zurück.
Möbelhaus
Es gibt 3 Droppoints für Eure gemieteten Möbel. Die Öffnungszeit ist am Sonntag von 9:00 bis 20:00.

- Beim Merchzelt Bitte alle Möbel sauber an diesen Droppoints abgeben. Bitte alle Sticker entfernen. Dann gibt es eine Bestätigung auf Eurem Laufzettel.
Geschirrservice
Spülservice
Der Spülservice ist Sonntag ab 8:30 so lange aktiv, wie es Strom am Spülzelt gibt. Spülengel werden gesucht, ohne Engel ebenfalls kein Spülservice.
Mietgeschirr
Das gemietete Geschirr bitte am Spülzelt zurückgeben. Die Rückgabe hat folgende Öffnungszeiten (vorhandene Engel vorausgesetzt!):
- 19.08. (day 5) 14:00-20:00
- 20.08. (day 6) 10:00-16:00 Die Rückgabe wird dort auf dem Laufzettel bestätigt.
Gasflaschen zurückbringen
Wir nehmen ausschließlich die Gasflaschen zurück, die durch die Villages vorbestellt wurden. Bitte denkt an euren Laufzettel und die rote Sicherheitskappe. Die Rücknahme erfolgt am LOC Helpdesk ab 10:00, sollte dort zwischenzeitlich niemand erreichbar sein meldet euch bitte unter 4GAS (4427).
Pfand für Möbel, Geschirr und Gas
Die Pfandauszahlung erfolgt an der Kasse. Öffnungszeiten:
- 19.08. (day 5) 16:00-20:00
- 20.08. (day 6) 13:00-15:00 & 18:00-20:30
Wertstoffhof
Am Info-Desk gibt es einen Wertstoffhof mit den folgenden Öffnungszeiten:
- Samstag: 15:00 bis 23:00
- Sonntag: 9:00 bis 18:00
Alle Sachen, die noch Verwendung finden können, wie funktionierende Camping-Ausrüstung, verpackte haltbare Lebensmittel, verpackte Drogerieartikel und funktionierende Hardware (keine Bastelprojekte) werden am Wertstoffhof für bedürftige Menschen gesammelt. Eine Liste der gewünschten Gegenstände findet hier.
Dinge, die ihr auch zuhause auf den Sperrmüll werfen würdet, nehmt ihr bitte mit nach Hause.

Everything has an end …
… unfortunately also the camp. On saturday there will be the closing with snoopy and leona at 8pm. On Sunday there will be the big departure wave. To make your departure as pleasant as possible we have worked out a dismantling plan.
Help with teardown
We urgently need help with teardown. Please consider staying a few more days. The more help we get, the faster and nicer everyone will get off the site. Please contact the Himmel.
Electricity and infrastructure
All sanitary facilities, except for those at the facilities at the Kidsspace and all dry toilets will be switched off during Sunday morning. The electricity will be switched off around noon on Sunday. Teardown of DECT and Wifi will already start at 09:30.
Getting off the site on foot
Gates 9 and 11 will be open for pedestrian traffic to the car park. At the entrance to the car park you can store your belongings and, if necessary, load them into vehicles.
Vehicles on the site
From Sunday onwards, vehicles are only allowed on the site with permit A38. This will be issued by the Village team as soon as your Village presents a pile of well-packed belongings. Pack up enough so that you have room to park outside the paths and can load up and drive out quickly. Paths must be kept clear.
The Village Team will be available on Sunday from 10:00. Contact the Village Team, DECT 8554 (VLLG), radio: channel 5, the team will also be onsite.
Entry is only possible (with permit) via gate 1; exit via gate 7 behind the LOC.
Bottles
Please bring your empty bottles and crates back to the BOC.
Furniture store
There are 3 drop points for your rented furniture. The opening hours are on Sunday from 9:00 to 20:00.

- at Merchzelt Please drop off all furniture cleaned at these drop points. Please remove all stickers. Then there will be a confirmation on your documentation sheet.
Dishwashing Tent
Dishwashing Service
The dishwashing service will be active on Sunday from 8:30 as long as there is electricity at the dishwashing tent. Dishwashing angels are needed, without angels there will be no dishwashing service.
Rented Plates & Cutlery
Please return the rented dishes at the dishwashing tent. The return has the following opening hours (provided that angels are available!):
- 19.08. (day 5) 14:00-20:00
- 20.08. (day 6) 10:00-16:00 The return will be confirmed there on the documentation sheet.
Returning gas bottles
We only take back the gas bottles that have been pre-ordered by the Villages. Please remember to bring your documentation sheet (Laufzettel) and the red safety cap. The return will take place at the LOC Helpdesk starting at 10:00, if no one is available there in the meantime please call 4GAS (4427).
Deposit for Furniture, Plates and Gas
Deposits are paid out at the cash desk. Opening hours:
- 19.08. (day 5) 16:00-20:00
- 20.08. (day 6) 13:00-15:00 & 18:00-20:30
Recycling centre
There is a recycling centre at the Info-Desk with the following opening hours:
- Saturday: 15:00 to 23:00
- Sunday: 9:00 to 18:00
Any items that can still be used, such as working camping equipment, packaged non-perishable food, packaged drugstore items and working hardware (no craft projects) will be collected at the recycling centre for people in need. A list of requested items can be found here.
If you have bigger items that you would put in the bulky waste at home, please take them home.
