Das remote Jahresendevent der r3s (remote-rhein-ruhr-stage) und Haecksen wird dieses Jahr unter dem Namen FireShonks23 vom 27.-30.12. stattfinden. Talks und Workshops werden für Publikum ausschließlich remote, Workshops nur live im Internet erreichbar sein. Talks werden anschließend auf media.ccc.de veröffentlicht.
Mit diesem Format möchten wir die Zugänglichkeit zu Themen ermöglichen, die sonst nur vor-Ort angeboten werden. Barrierearme Veranstaltungen erfordern ein sehr hohes Maß an Organisation. Wir machen uns die Vorteile von Online-Tools und Veranstaltungstechnik zu Nutze, um das bestmögliche Ergebnis für ein Community-Event zu erreichen.
Der Fokus dieses Angebots liegt auf leichter und kostenloser Zugänglichkeit und damit auch auf Inklusion. Auf Infektionsschutz vor Ort wird viel Wert gelegt. Ein kleines Team wird vor Ort in Wülfrath im WIR-Haus eine Bühne und die Streaming-Technik betreuen. Hierfür werden noch weitere helfende Elfen (äh, Haje) gesucht. The remote end-of-year event called FireShonks23 is hosted by r3s (remote-rhein-ruhr-stage) and Haecksen and will take place from 27-30 December 2023. Talks and workshops will be available to the public only remotely, workshops only live on the internet. Talks will subsequently be published on media.ccc.de.
With this format, we want to enable accessibility to topics that are otherwise only offered on-site. Low-barrier events require a very high level of organisation. We take advantage of online tools and event technology to achieve the best possible outcome for a community event.
The focus of this offer is on easy and free accessibility and therefore also on inclusion. Much emphasis is placed on on-site infection control. A small team will be in charge of the stage and the streaming technology on site in Wülfrath at the WIR-Haus. More helping elves (er, “Haje”/sharks) are still welcome to join the team.
