In this blog, I will be sharing my insights on the Business Partner replication scenarios available as part of SAP S/4HANA Service Integration with SAP Field Service Management.
Overview
We can integrate SAP Field Service Management with SAP S/4HANA Service to optimize our service processes. The integration ensures a seamless, fast, and flexible delivery of services and therefore helps us to provide more efficient customer service.
Integration Guide describes the configuration steps for the integration of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Field Service Management using SAP Business Technology Platform.
Integration
SAP S/4HANA Service Integration with SAP Field Service Management package contains the integration flows and the related documentation. It enables the integration of transactional data such as service orders and service confirmations, and the corresponding master data between SAP S/4HANA Service and SAP Field Service Management.

Role mapping between SAP S/4HANA and SAP Field Service Management can be configured as part of Value Mapping and will determine the integration flow that is to be executed during a Business Partner replication to SAP Field Service Management based on the corresponding Business Partner’s Role assigned in SAP S/4HANA.
Triggering Business Partner Replication
Business Partner replication from SAP S/4HANA to SAP Field Service Management uses Data Replication Framework (DRF) based approach for integration. Please follow below steps to trigger the replication.
