Mathematics provides a structural and well-defined framework of rules that focuses on real interactions and is based on real proof. Metaphysics searches beyond this, in the realm of creativity. With no real proof at its roots. No matter how well we build our argument, it’s not bound to reality as it has no possible proof to assume it. As a possible question answer: Once you find the correct formula in math, you have the proof that your theories are right. You prove that they are based on that real structural framework by finding and relating all the parts. (But then comes the question of how can you start with nothing and arrive at something and so on).
