The enhancements include a new self-provisioning capability in the MSSP Portal that’ll drastically shorten customer onboarding and a quarterly billing option for MSSP Program partners.

NEW: MSSP Portal self-provisioning, which delivers the ability to provision a new customer within minutes.
NEW: MSSP Portal enhancements, including more granular role-based access controls (RBAC) and the support of both user groups and account groups, allowing for ease of administration and greater security controls.
NEW: MSSP quarterly billing to align Tenable’s billing model to the typical billing model of our MSSP partners and optimize our MSSP partners’ cash flow.
I would like to first discuss Tenable’s new MSSP Portal self-provisioning feature. One of the most requested improvements from our MSSP partner community has been to shorten the time it takes to onboard new MSSP customers. What has traditionally taken up to several days from start to finish will now take just a few minutes. That means as an MSSP partner, you can provision your new customers immediately without any delay, allowing you to meet any commitments you may have in making your service available, and giving you the ability to start your billing cycle as quickly as possible.
To take advantage of Tenable’s new MSSP Portal self-provisioning, please reach out to your MSSP account manager or channel account manager to enable access.
It is also worth pointing out that we will still continue to support the ability to provision your own evaluation licenses for all of Tenable’s SaaS products, and through our new MSSP self-provisioning you will be able to convert eval containers into production in just a few simple clicks.
Next, I would like to share a little more detail on some MSSP Portal enhancements that will be available in Q2. We are going to release significant enhancements to our RBAC. These enhancements will include the ability to select which users will have the ability to use our new self-provisioning capability as well as the ability to more efficiently manage your users' access through new account-group settings and user-group settings. With the new group settings, you will be able to create either user groups or account groups which will automatically inherit rights that are associated with that group. This will significantly reduce MSSP Portal administration time and help you deliver on the principle of least privilege within your Tenable MSSP Portal.
Last, I want to share more details on a very exciting addition to our MSSP Program - quarterly billing for our MSSP Partners. This new option offers a flexible quarterly payment schedule which should more closely align to how your clients pay you for the managed services you provide. Quarterly billing is available to our MSSP partners for all Tenable software products and is also fully supported and fulfilled through all Tenable authorized distributions. We realize that the cost of capital is a major challenge for many of our partners and this should help you grow your business while improving your cash flow.
In order to take advantage of MSSP quarterly billing, please let your Tenable representative know that you would like to use this option and it will be reflected in your Tenable quotation, which will be provided to your preferred authorized Tenable distributor. After your order is placed, you will receive an invoice from your distributor for four equal payments in quarterly increments.
