Following the recent CrowdStrike update, we are aware that some of our Tenable Identity Exposure customer platforms on Microsoft Azure have been affected. The incident does not prevent users from accessing their console and reviewing the results of the previous scan. Only the real-time monitoring is impacted. Similarly, Identity Exposure data in Tenable One is not available.
We are working to quickly restore this service and will publish updates on our dedicated incident webportal.
In the meantime, we can confirm that all our other Tenable solutions are not impacted and working as they should.
