EasyDMARC is all about simplifying your DMARC journey. So, we’re delighted to share the new and improved features of our Domain Scanner. We have enhanced this tool to better guide you as you take the necessary steps to secure and protect your domain.

Why do I need EasyDMARC’s Domain Scanner?

EasyDMARC’s Domain Scanner is a free, powerful, easy-to-use online tool that allows you to check the health and security of your domain. It comprehensively analyzes your SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and BIMI records so you can ensure your domain is protected against malicious attacks. It’s the first step on your DMARC compliance journey.

Useful enhancements for all businesses

To help you on your way to becoming DMARC compliant, we’ve enhanced certain features of our Domain Scanner tool for a more seamless user experience.

Risk Assessment Level

We’ve now added a Risk Assessment Level to our domain scan results so you can immediately see how vulnerable your domain is.

You’ll get an overview of your domain’s security in terms of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, as well as more detail on what your results mean and the actions you need to take to achieve DMARC authentication.

BIMI Configuration

BIMI is no longer included in your Domain Score calculation, so you can focus on getting SPF, DMARC, and DKIM records right first. Registered users on our platform have the option to include BIMI, which can be implemented once full DMARC compliance is achieved.

A Clear Path to Domain Optimization

Once we’ve identified your domain’s health, you can start your optimization journey by creating an account or logging in. Then, you can follow our Setup Wizard, which gives you clear, actionable steps to secure your domain.

Exportable Reports

You’re now able to export documents, both technical and non-technical, to cater to different user needs. Technical Reports take a deep dive into DMARC authentication issues, while Non-Technical Reports simplify the often complex authentication process.

Important New Features for MSPs

We’re also excited to announce a new feature developed for MSPs: customizable Domain Scanner reports. This feature is designed specifically for MSPs who require tailored reporting solutions to better serve their clients and ensure you stand out to potential customers – it’s a function you won’t find in other domain scanner tools.

Our new features include:

  • Non-Technical Reports
  • Technical Report Enhancements
  • Customized Reports

Non-Technical Reports

You can now download simplified reports focusing on critical insights without technical jargon so your clients can easily understand them. We’ve also included information to help them learn more about DMARC authentication and why it’s so important.

Technical Report Enhancements

Our technical reports now have improved readability to assist with detailed analysis for technical teams and compliance reporting.

Customized Reports

You can now easily add your logo and brand colors to your reports, making them instantly recognizable. This level of customization will help you create a cohesive and memorable brand experience that sets you apart in the competitive managed services market.

What’s next?

Our Domain Scanner is a powerful tool for identifying issues that affect the security of your online presence. We will be adding more enhancements over the next few months, so keep an eye out on our news channels.

By continually streamlining your journey to domain optimization, we can help you achieve optimal email security with ease.
