Improvements to the Chrome extension. Our Chrome extension is getting some big updates in August:
- The extension will move to its own sidebar, so it won’t obstruct any portion of the window you’re working in
- Once you’re logged in in one tab, you won’t have to log in again
- GraphAI is coming to the Chrome extension! It will fill in answers based on your Semantic Graph, just as it does in TrustShare. You’ll also see citations and be able to accept or reject a response
- Overall experience will improve and be more on par with the experience in a TrustShare questionnaire

GraphAI will now select the right answer to a multiple choice question. That means more correctly prefilled answers and less work for you and your team!
TrustLens, our new third-party risk assessment app, is coming to the app switcher in the top right corner of your TrustCloud dashboard. You’ll also see a number of user experience tweaks, including:
- Updated flow for adding a vendor contact
- Ability to bulk import vendors (contact your Customer Success Rep if you have vendors to import)
Enhanced page load times and improved UX. Viewing and managing controls, tests, systems, and dashboards have been enhanced so you don’t spend time waiting!
New add evidence functionality. Quickly understand what evidence you last uploaded, what evidence is required, and any additional available methods—all in a more streamlined, user-friendly UI.
Custom Control Categories. We’re excited to introduce Custom Control Categories, a new feature that empowers users to organize controls by functional domains and generate reports on areas that are performing well or need improvement. This enhancement enables businesses to identify and prioritize critical areas, ensuring a more focused and effective GRC program.
System Health by Data Classification. We’re excited to introduce the new system health widget on the TrustOps intelligence dashboard. This new feature allows users to understand what systems are most or least compliant by the type of data they store.
Improved Run Risk Assessment experience. Now when you run a risk assessment, you’ll see exactly what TrustCloud is doing to programmatically calculate your residual risk score.
[Coming Soon] AI will be in TrustRegister. GraphAI will soon make intelligent, tailored control recommendations. This will make risk treatment seamless and help you lower your overall residual risk.
