From the moment our customers decide to partner with us, they are assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM). This CSM guides our customers throughout the entire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
We start by diving deep into specific needs and challenges of each of our customers. Together with our Design Architects, we’ll create a customized solution that perfectly aligns with the customer’s unique goals. Think of it as building a house—we’ll lay a solid foundation based on the blueprint for the needs of each of our customers.
We’ve all heard the saying, “By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.” That’s why we meticulously draft an implementation plan outlining the specific use cases of our customers. Some are foundational, while others are tailored to address particular challenges. We’ll prioritize these based on the requirements of each customer, ensuring a phased implementation that’s both strategic and effective.
Kick-Off: Before we dive into the technical setup, we’ll have a comprehensive kickoff call. This is the opportunity for our customers to review the design and implementation plan in detail and ask any questions. Once we’re all on the same page, it’s time to turn plans into reality.
Implementation: The implementation phase is where we work with our customer to apply the AppViewX AVX ONE platform into production. We’ll set up the required use cases one by one, ensuring they meet the exact customer requirements. Our Implementation Architects will be there every step of the way, providing guidance and support. We’ll schedule regular check-ins to track progress and make any necessary adjustments.
Feedback: Customer feedback is crucial to us. After each phase, we’ll ask for input to ensure the project is on track and meeting the requirement. We don’t just listen; we act. Customer suggestions will be incorporated into the remaining phases, ensuring that the final AppViewX implementation is as close to perfect as possible.
At AppViewX, customer success isn’t just a department; it’s a company-wide commitment. Our relationship doesn’t end once the implementation is complete. AppViewX CSMs continue to be the go-to person for any questions or issues that may arise throughout the relationship with our customers.
Our Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is always available to provide round-the-clock support. AppViewX customers always have the assurance that they have the help they need whenever they need it.
